Submit Client Forms

As a requirement by law, and our insurance company, we need to ensure that we know exactly who we are renting equipment to. Because of this, no equipment will be released to companies who do not have a file with us, or who has an incomplete file.

Luckily, we have made it easy for you to submit your details, and open a file with us. Kindly note that Magic Lightbox Company is not a credit provider, and thus all rentals take place on a C.O.D basis – full payment has to be received UPFRONT before any equipment can be released.

The Process – Explained

Step 1 - Fill in the Forms

Begin by filling in the online Client Detail Form. The form is a multi-part form that will ask you various questions about yourself / the company you work for. Make sure to provide accurate information.

Step 2 - Verification

Once you have submitted the form, it will be sent to our verification team. They will ensure that the form was completed correctly, and may perform credit, biometric & other verification checks on the submission.

Step 3 - Make some Magic

Once we are satisfied that we have received all the information, and your identity has been verified, you will receive an email form us. You can now rent gear from us – and make some magic!
